Yep, a little late but better than never.  I hope everyone had a very happy (and safe) Christmas, as well as any other religion you may - or may not - celebrate.  I got a few clothes, a crocheting set (learning is going to be interesting), candy...First year not getting any games, unless you count the Simon game I got my stepfather.  I got the high score of 15, although they claim it was because I got an easy pattern.

Which I somehow did but eh XD

Just a short journal, but yeah.  I'm not dead, I'm far from dead, I got out of college a week ago and have a month off.  Got a Christmas party coming up soon too.  The cats have a giant new cat tree and they love it!

ANYWAYS...

I should start trying to pump out stories, although I'm always held back by the fear of plagiarism.  I've had it happen before, and dang, it hurts.  But I have to realize that the more fans I have, the better chance of those fans finding any fraud.  It's a bit reversed.  More fans = more protection.  That being said, I wouldn't mind any advice on how to deal with how humiliating/frustrating/depressing it can be, because I worry quite a bit and have bad anxiety :P

I believe you know about my Christmas, though good luck to you learning to crochet!

As for dealing with potential plagiarism, should it happen again, try to see it as a compliment to your writing. Having work stolen is enraging, but if someone steals it, they obviously thought it was good enough to steal to begin with.
